This is a wonderful seascape by Samuel Henry Baker (1824-1909) Birmingham England. It is an original watercolor painting on paper. It is in excellent condition, both the painting and the frame. Excuse the bad picture, it is very hard to take good pictures when there is glass.
It is rare to find an actual watercolor, usually his pieces are prints.
