This is a something you don't see often, a Victorian Era epergne with 5 flutes, two with bent handles. It is all original. The whole piece glows due to its vaseline/uranium glass and frosted tops. I could not take a picture of it in the complete darkness but it glows wonderfully even the rigoree glows! The pictures do not do it justice.
There is damage to the two of the horns and have been repaired. One has a crack and the rigoree on the other has been redone on part of it. One of the flute bottoms that go into the holders had the brass part missing but still sits well in the holder. It is all original. The tall flute is screwed onto the base.
It stands 24" tall and the base is 11" in diameter. Simply stunning as a centerpiece.
