This is a lovely Dutch scene painting, with a house and a horse pulling a man and cart through water. It is expertly painted and a pleasant scene to view. It is signed, we believe the name is Corina although we could be wrong. We are not sure of the time period which this piece was painted as we have not removed the backing. It is an oil on canvas. It seems it was cleaned and re-varnished...the varnish is not on the whole painting but to kind of illuminate certain areas? There does not appear to be any repairs. The frame is newer but by feeling the back it is not the original frame for the piece. The frame is in excellent condition. We do believe it might be a 20th century painting.
