A 19th century signed oil on canvas depicting a colonial interior genre scene of a large group of men, women, and children of all ages gathered around a table in a jovial manner. Mounted in a magnificent and ornately carved period gilt frame. Signed "Mosler" in lower right.
Condition: Overall in good condition given with expected signs of wear given its age. Evidence of past professional restorations, including minimal evidence of in painting. The frame shows scattered areas of loss and wear, as indicated in photography.
